Professional - worthy of the standards of a profession. JAG is lead by Mr. Joseph A. Gussè, who has earned his professional license in the field of architecture obtaining one of the highest overall exam scores in the state of Illinois. Mr. Gussè has also gained national recognition as a professional Architect by earning certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards
(NCARB). Through his NCARB certification Mr. Gussè is qualified to obtain a license in all 50 states and has been recognized as a licensed professional Architect in the states of Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin in addition to his Illinois license.
Architectural - the science or profession of designing and constructing buildings, etc. The president and CEO of JAG, Mr. Gussè, boasts 20 years of experience in the field of design and construction along with a lifetime of interest. A passion for architecture from an early age prepared Mr. Gussè to land his first job as a draftsman for a Structural Engineering firm before he even completed high School. He continued to gain experience in the field of design and construction through college with positions at a design-build contractor, stone fabricator and a homebuilder. Since earning his Professional degree in Architecture Mr. Gussè has had extensive experience in Architectural firms and Design-Build construction companies in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Minneapolis, Minnesota, as well as top quality Quad City area firms. Mr. Gussè has completed a wealth of successful and award winning projects both on the local and national level, from residential room additions to a 42 acre commercial and retail development.
